Guidelines for Submissions

Newsletter of the College of Medical Administrators of Sri Lanka

All reports and other submissions must be typed with double-spacing including the references if any.  The maximum word count is 300 for each submission. They should be typed only in English language using capital and lower case letters appropriately, on white A4 (212 × 297 mm) size paper. Number all pages consecutively. The manuscript should be accompanied by a cover letter briefly indicating the importance and relevance of the submission for the members of the CMASL.

Photographs to the Newsletter

It’s better if you can send a few photographs with your report to the newsletter. Whenever possible, use a stand-alone camera for photos rather than a cell phone. Also, make sure you select at least a 5 megapixel camera.

To get the sharpest photos possible, be sure to set your camera to the largest possible picture size, which is also the highest resolution. 300 pixels per inch is the ideal printing resolution for quality.

·         File formats: JPEG, PNG and GIF are accepted.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to make amendments to the submissions if necessary and whenever possible, they will seek the author’s consent to any changes made.

All submissions for publication should be sent to the Editor, Newsletter of the College of Medical Administrators of Sri Lanka, Office of the Director (Primary Care Services), Ministry of Health, 385, Baddegama Wimalawansa Thero Mawatha, Colombo 10, Sri Lanka.
